FRUITS, VEGETABLES AND HERBS

RULES: All entries must be grown, selected, and arranged by the exhibitor. New classes will be created with the discretion of the committee and judges. White paper plates will be provided by the fair. Other display containers will be provided by exhibitor. Exhibitors have option to use plastic wrap, moist paper towels, and/or jars of water for vegetables and herbs to maintain freshness.

A. FRUIT PLATES
1. 5 Apples, any variety
2. 5 Pears, any variety
3. 5 Peaches, any variety
4. Any Berry, one pint
5. Other, one pint or 5 each

B. VEGETABLES
1. Display of at least 6 kinds, in container.
2. Display of at least 6 kinds, organically grown, in container.

C. VEGETABLE CREATURES (Home grown vegetables not required.)

D. SUNFLOWERS
1. Largest flower
2. Tallest Plant

E. VEGETABLE PLATES
1. 15 pods green beans
2. 15 pods other color beans
3. 5 Beets
4. 2 heads cabbage
5. 5 carrots
6. 5 ears of sweet corn
7. 5 pickling cucumbers
8. 2 slicing cucumbers
9. Greens such as 5 stems Swiss Chard, kale, spinach
