HOW CAN YOU SUPPORT THE FAIR?

Our thanks to all the volunteers who put “Community” into the Hardwick Community Fair!!

It takes a lot of dedicated volunteers to run the Fair each year.
If you would like to help out in any way, please contact our Administrator at amazeika@hughes.net.

We especially thank you for home-made and hand-crafted donations to the Food Wheel which can be dropped off at the Fair Office in the Town House the Thursday and Friday preceding the Fair.

Food Choices: All proceeds from the following booths support the cost of running the fair. Thank you for supporting our volunteer-run food booths. 

• Hamburgers and hotdogs, chips, cold drinks
• Fresh wraps, including vegetarian options
• Grilled sausages in rolls
• Home baked pastries, cookies and breads
• Ice cream
• Pancakes with Hardwick maple syrup, coffee (Saturday morning)

Food Wheel: Please consider donating home-baked goods, hand-crafted items, or garden/farm produce for the Food Wheel. Items may be dropped off at the Fair Office on Thursday, August 18th from 7-9 pm, or Friday, August 19th from 9 am-3 pm.

We are always in need of help during the fair (Friday night and/or Saturday) at the various fair-sponsored concessions. Please contact Fay Butler, or the appropriate person (see program) if you can cover 1 hour (or more) at your convenience.
