Call for Volunteers

HOW CAN YOU SUPPORT THE FAIR?

Food Choices: All proceeds from the following booths support the cost of running the fair. Thank you for supporting our volunteer-run food booths.

  • Hamburgers and hotdogs, chips, cold drinks
  • Fresh wraps including vegetarian options
  • Grilled Hardwick sausages in rolls
  • Home baked pastries and cookies
  • Ice cream cones
  • Pancakes with Hardwick maple syrup, coffee (Saturday morning)

Red Sox Raffle: To offset the rising costs of the fair each year and to help pay exhibitor premiums, it has become necessary to establish an annual fundraiser.Once again this year, we will raffle four Red Sox / Yankee tickets for the, September 28th game at 1:35 pm.The grandstand seats are in Section GS17, the infield on-deck circle area. The package also includes a limo ride to and from Fenway Park from within a 100-mile radius of Boston. Raffle tickets are $10 each and available in May and June from members of the Community Fair Association. They will also be available at the Hardwick Farmers Coop, Clover Hill Farm Stand and Lazy Mary’s Pizza Shop.

Food Wheel: Please consider donating home-baked goods or garden or farm produce to the food wheel. Donations can be left in the Town Hall kitchen or brought directly to the Food Wheel during fair hours.

We are always in need of help during the fair (Friday night and/or Saturday) at the various fair-sponsored concessions. Please contact Fay Butler, or the appropriate person (see program) if you can cover 1 hour (or more) at your convenience.
