Volunteer with Us!

The Hardwick Community Fair Association is a completely volunteer run organization, with 501(c)(3) status. Booths are operated by volunteers, under the umbrella of the Hardwick Fair, with 100% of the proceeds going to the operation of the fair. Volunteers are crucial for the yearly success of the Hardwick Fair. Every skill group is needed, from setting up chairs and tables, to judging exhibits, to heading up a commodity, to joining a committee, to helping hang lights, and so much more. Volunteering with the fair is the perfect opportunity for area students to fulfill their community service hours! Without the generosity of volunteers, the fair could
not continue. It's also a great way to meet your neighbors while giving back.

The Hamburger & Hotdog booth, Wrap Food Booth, Sausage Booth, Ice Cream Booth, Food Wheel, and Merchandise Booth all need volunteers to operate. If you would like to volunteer in any capacity,
please use the form to contact us. A few of our volunteer opportunities are listed below, though volunteer needs are not limit to just those areas. If you can not volunteer, please considering donating a small
amount to help the fair financially. 
 

The Hardwick Fair thanks you and appreciates your patronage to these booths, which along with outside donations, are the primary source of income for the operation of this event.
